FAQs
In our 'Hidden Loot' challenge, you’ll find treasure flags hidden in sand traps on select golf courses. Each flag has a unique QR code that links to a one-time-use discount code. Once you scan the QR code, you’ll be directed to our online store where the discount will automatically apply to your purchase. Be quick, matey—each flag can only be redeemed once!
If you’re lucky enough to find a Treasure Flag, scan the QR code on the flag using your smartphone. It’ll take you directly to our site where you can unlock a discount on your next order. Each flag is limited to one redemption, so be sure to claim your loot before someone else does! Be sure to grab the physical flag before you go!
To earn a gift card, participate in our 'Crew Catch' challenge. If you’re spotted wearing Deadtooth Golf gear at a golf course or event, our crew might surprise you with a gift card! You can also tag us on Instagram with photos of you in your Deadtooth gear as part of our 'Spyglass Spot' challenge, which could lead to a reward. Keep your eyes open, and always be ready for a chance to win!
No, only one discount can be used per order. If you’ve found a Treasure Flag, save any other discount codes for your future purchases. Each treasure is special, so make the most of it!
If you return an item you purchased with a discount from the rewards program, the discount will be lost and unable to be restored. Once treasure is returned, it’s no longer part of the journey! Check our return policy for more details.
