General Policy
At Deadtooth Golf, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund and return policy below.
Eligibility for Returns: Return requests must be submitted within 20 days of receipt of product. Returns can be accepted for up to 30 days after product delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Exchanges: We utilize print on demand services to make our products, because of this we do not offer exchanges. We suggest returning an item and placing a new order for the desired size.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please visit our Return Portal. All requests will be reviewed by the Deadtooth Crew for approval. You will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00. Deadtooth Golf is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds: Once a return is submitted, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@deadtoothgolf.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement item.
Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our site, and your continued use of our site services constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
